Fungus Sweater V-neck is a feminine oversize sweater with drop shoulders and added sleeves and a wide ribbed band around neck and down the V-neck.The sweater has a beautiful Moss stich pattern doubled in the height. 

You will begin by knitting a ribbed neckband. After knitting this neckband you will pick up stitches for the yoke in the neckband and you will then knit the yoke and the rest of the band together. The sweater is worked back and forth until the hole for the sleeves has the correct length and you will gather your work and then knit in the round.

The sweater is knitted top down which makes it easy to adjust the length on body and sleeves. The sweater is meant to have a positive ease on 15-30 cm. Size down for a less oversized look.

The amount indicated before the slash is the amount you should buy if you work in 1 color only. The amount indicated after the slash is if you work with 2 different colors held together.

You knit with two strands of silk mohair held together throughout 

Recommended needles: The sweater is knitted in Moss stitch doubled in the height - to begin with back and forth, later in the round on circular needle 80-100 cm, 4 mm. We recommend double pointed needles 3.5 mm for the neckband - you will need 3. 

Gauge: 20 sts x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm on needle size 4 in Moss stitch doubled in the height
